http://www.artsalive.ca/en/mus/greatcomposers/ - This website has shows every week on different composers and highlights their music. There are weekly shows your kids can listen to. There are a variety of other interactive features as well. There is also a musical glossary, useful for looking up unknown musical terms.

Here are some good music websites for kids. I hope all my students will take the time to look through these sites. Because I only get at most an hour with each student a week, it's difficult to get to the music history portion, so it would be great if you could send your kids to do some assigned reading online.
